Black Olives with Membrillo and Roasted Walnuts

Ingredients
200g of black olives
100g roasted walnuts
150g diced membrillo
1 tsp dried oregano
50ml olive oil
1 tsp walnut oil
250g soft goats cheese
Method
1. Mix the olives, membrillo, walnuts, oregano and oils together
2. Serve on a platter along side the goats cheese with some crusty bread
