Black Olives with Pickled Garlic Roasted Red Peppers and Anchovies

Ingredients
500g black olives
150g pickled garlic
150g roasted red peppers
150g pickled anchovies
75ml olive oil
1 tsbp of chopped fresh basil
Method
1. Cut the peppers into to strips then mix with the olives, garlic, basil and olive oil
2. Place into a bowl and then add the strips of anchovies on top
