Green Olives with Clementines, Chili and Ginger

Ingredients
500g of large green olives
2 red chilli’s diced
2 fresh ginger diced
4 clementines, segmented and pith removed
1 tbsp of coriander leaves
Method
- Firstly dice the ginger and chili, then mix together with the olives and the juice of the clementines
- Then arrange on in a bowl with the clementine segments arranged prettily
